“We returned to Larkspur House for a second stay. It is in an amazing location, minutes from the entrance to the Park, and a beautiful place to come home to after a day of hiking. The house feels very authentic, not staged, decorated with family possessions and furniture and plenty of space for privacy both indoors and out. The amazing deck has views of the mountains, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are lots of books about Colorado nature and history, games for kids and adults, and a great outdoor space. We will keep coming back to this special place.”

The house is actually better and larger than it appears in the photos, with incredible views from the family room and master bedroom as well as both the front and rear patios. The house made for an excellent base camp for our daily trips into Rocky Mountain National park and was very conveniently located near the Safeway grocery store, gas stations and the restaurants of downtown Estes Park - everything you could want is less than 10 minutes away.”
